Chief Raynor has more than 30 years of fire service experience and is the deputy chief of training and safety for the Boise (ID) Fire Department. He has served on engine and truck companies. He also was the Captain on the hazardous materials regional response team. Raynor has developed many chief officer, company officer level programs and other training courses. He serves as the Metro representative for Idaho in Region 10 TRADE and is a FDIC HOT instructor.
