Lieutenant Brigden is a 25-year member of the Ottawa Fire Service and currently serves with the Suppression Division. William (Willie) is also a Hazardous Materials Technician and acting Safety Officer. He holds a Fire Technology Diploma from the Ontario Fire College and has worked in the hazardous materials and safety field for nearly 15 years providing instruction to the fire service and private industry teams.
